What is a Limiting Belief?
In the NLP training, I always teach that a limiting belief is something we trust to be true. They become limiting if they hold us back in some way.
When you think about it, a limiting belief:
1 Can be about ourselves.
2. Can be about others.
A big step to find a fix for a limiting belief is:
1. Becoming aware.
2. Understanding it how it translates consciously and unconsciously.
3. Making changes in your environment, behaviors, skills.
4.Leading a life true to your values, owning who you really are, connecting into our source.
I always prefer to interview my clients, and then design an NLP technique for them to fix a limiting belief.
