Chicken Curry Recipe Family Meal Cook With Me - QUICK and EASY

This is the FAMOUS Chicken Curry Recipe that we all know Rafael loves! It's a quick and easy meal that will please every taste. You can switch ingredients because this recipe is very basic and easy to make. If you dont use dairy, use an alternative. It will all turn out just fine! I have even made this as a low carb option and have that recipe on this channel as well. This is the standard recipe for chicken curry, typically how they make it in the UK. I watched a LOT of UK television to finally get the recipe down, and this is my take on how they make it over there based on several reality tv shows. You can literally add anything to it as long as you thicken it and spice it up with your favorite curry powder. You can make this with all vegetables as well, and have a meatless Monday this week. Basic Recipe:
3-4 chicken pieces cut up into bits to fill a large bowl
1/4 cup corn starch (or thickener - flour/xanthan gum etc.)
1 cup milk + 1 cup water (or milk) + splashes of water if its too thick
1 cup sour cream (or cream) or not.. or more, or less
1 stick butter (or not) do what you want here
1-3 tbsp. of CURRY POWDER
add-ins: you can add in onions, mixed vegetables, spices to taste
