Uzumaki is the hyped up anime adaptation from one of horror mangaka Junji Ito's best works, and while it's directed by Nagahama, the same person who did Flowers of Evil, only episodes 1 and 4 look good, while episode 2 and 3 look really bad because they were outsourced and the bad animation in Uzumaki is laughably bad and such a shame, but the good animation in Uzumaki is cream of the crop.
