Pizzelle Fritte INGREDIENTS (4 People):
For the Dough:
► 300ML of Room Temperature Water
► 7G of Dehydrated Yeast
► 1 Teaspoon of Sugar
► 350G of Gluten Free All purpose Baking Flour
► 20G of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
For the Tomatoe Sauce
► 4 Tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
► 1 Small Shallot
► 400G of Tomatoe Sauce ( or 400G of peeled tomatoes to be blended)
► 2 Leaves of Basil
► Just Enough Salt
► 2 Pinches of Sugar
For frying:
► 1,5 Lt of Sunflower Oil
To Garnish
► Tomatoe Sauce
► 1 Leaf of Fresh Basil (for each Pizzella)
► Just Enough Parmesan Cheese
