This week’s vlog is a full one — I started with some recovery and wellness time at Sweathouz, then went to The Cold Plunge and Sauna Company to really reset my body and mind; It was such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience, and I wanted to bring you along for the chill vibes!
After that, my husband and I took a road trip to Ohio to visit one of our close friends, Teddy. It was so good catching up, exploring the city, and spending quality time together. One of the highlights of the trip was visiting the Ohio Sign Museum — we had so much fun walking through decades of vintage signs, neon lights, and quirky history. Highly recommend it if you’re ever in Cincinnati!
