This video demonstrates the bug (it is a bug, right?) present in the BOSS SY-1000 Dynamic Synth instrument when used in GK mode.
There is also an octave slipping issue which occurs across various instruments that is demonstrated with the Dynamic Synth and the OSC Synth.
Interestingly, the issue doesn’t present when driving the Dynamic Synth with the regular pickup…only GK-3.
Please, BOSS! Fix this and the other annoying issues that exist in the SY-1000 and its editor.
