When I tell you I was gutted seeing my actual measurements, I mean I was completely and utterly disappointed with myself. I knew it had gotten bad, but refused to take measurements because I didn't want to acknowledge the truth. Had I just sacked up and measured sooner, I could have corrected the issues- instead I stuck my head in the sand while continuing the behaviors that were derailing all my progress. What a schmuck. I have a long way to go, again. At least I know I can do it- so there's no anxiety about that.
