Purchased my vehicle at a non-Lexus dealership and when I got home I realized the navigation was not working because the SD card was missing. I looked up how to repair and saw prices of like $300 to purchase a programmed SD card. So I called Lexus and they referred me back to dealership. In the beginning they were not trying to take responsibility and I basically said "I'm taking the car back!" lol and they ordered a new one for me. #Lexusrx450h #Lexus #missingsdcard
