Aliexpress ZTTO Cassette 11s 9-50T XD ULT PRO - Wheel Seize issue - 100bike Store - AVOID

Never buy from this people, 100bike Store and this product from AliExpress, it will mess your wheel.
Bought this ZTTO-Cassette 9-50T XD 11s Ultra PRO. Looks great and everything but right out from the box I noticed little differences between original Sram cassette and this alledly "XD compatible" cassette.
I did my first dispute uploading photos of the differences and everything, I asked for a refund, AliExpress tells me that my evidences are not enough and if I want refund I have to send this part back to China, me paying for shipping of course. That is 40 euros on top of the 126 euros I already paid for the part.
I tell the Guys at 100bike store that I want refund or a replacement, and they never tell me how to return the part, even when I asked them directly. They tell me to open a dispute, which I already did... Fantastic!
OK I decide to put the part on the bike and give it a try, since apparently there's people giving good reviews.... probably all of them bots... but anyways... pu it on the hub, give it a nice squeeze at 30 N/m and after an hour of fiddling I manage to more or less adjust my derailleur properly. Seems to work!
Ok let's try it, a bit of lazy shifting but besides that runs decent... did a climb, a little of singletrack and a bit of road even to try the 9T.
But after 10km riding when on the 9T back wheel starts squealing like a pig and gets seized! completely! In the middle of the road!
Lucky I did not get run over by a car...and that my dad could come and pick me up and drive me home, bike was unrideable.
After much effort I managed to take our the wheel, the cassette was loose and it was rubbing against the frame and compressing all the axle bearings. Rubbing marks in the frame and in the 9T cog, end cap of the Axis (original Sram roam 30 axis) was also heavily worn by the friction.
A this point I'm still under the 75 days of protection AliExpress offers so I wrote to the manufacturer and sent this video and and a whole bunch of pictures... they tell me to talk with the 100bike Store people... so I do the same.... and surprise!... they tell me to open another dispute and that they want me to try the cassette on other bike and send another video...sorry?
I tell them at this point numerous times that they give me the return address (they never did) and they keep on telling me that I put it in another bike and that my dispute was closed....
I do a dispute appeal sending this video and a whole bunch of photos... what other proof you need that this product is unusable and seizes my wheel??? They resolve the dispute telling that there's not enough proof... that I only provided a photo...What?
At this point I do a second appeal and send the video via WeTransfer... same robot answer that there's not enough proof.... guys at the shop don't want to give me a return answer not want to provide any solution, they tell me to talk with AliExpress ... then I talk to AliExpress they never see the video and close the appeal and tell me to talk with 100bike Store...
So I'm trapped in this endless loop of unprofessional people not wanting to do the customer service they promise after selling me a faulty, even dangerous product....
NEVER BUY THIS PRODUCT FROM ALIEXPRESS AT 100bike Store. DON'T BUY THIS PRODUCT PERIOD, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
