I love Blender...
And, wow, if dynamic sky isn't great I don't know what is. It takes a bit if getting used to if you don't get it first time.
IMPORTANT: In the video I state that a dynamic sky does not work in Eevee. This is, in fact, inaccurate. What I should have said was that Dynamic sky does not the as well in Eevee as it does in Cycles as for the full effect of the dynamic sky you need Global Illumination.
This tutorial takes you from creating the sky to how to edit it and understanding the way to change the sun accurately.
