In this video, we use the wedge matrix chart inside the ProTee VX software to dial in precise carry distances for every type of wedge shot. The goal is to build a reliable wedge system you can trust on the course when scoring really matters.
We tested three wedges:
Gap Wedge
Sand Wedge
Lob Wedge
For each wedge, we hit four different swing types:
9 o’clock swing
10 o’clock swing
Full knockdown swing
Full swing
Using the ProTee VX launch monitor, we captured accurate carry yardages for every combination to create a complete wedge matrix that can be used for real on-course decision making. This type of testing is perfect for golfers who want tighter distance control inside 120 yards and lower scores.
