Tennessee taco truck raided by plain clothes agents: 'Our community is scared'

A taco truck in Memphis, Tennessee, released security footage showing four men in plain clothes approaching the truck and then detaining the employees. TACOnganas stated on Instagram that the the agents did not have any badges or ID and that “If not for our security cameras, we would not even know this happened."
Their message went on to claim that "Our company complies with federal and local immigration laws" and that "We know our community is scared. As the country navigates a new normal, we’re here to support the community and to support our workforce and people, too.”
The City of Memphis Media account posted a statement to X on behalf of Mayor Paul Young in response to the video, saying that "We understand the shockwaves that are reverberating through our community right now" and sharing that Homeland Security confirmed that the plains clothes men were in fact federal ICE agents.
