Here's the last track off Vipassi's 2024 release 'Lightless'. Possibly my favorite record, and possibly my favorite drum parts I've ever done. It's a pretty wild musical landscape on this one, with plenty of of vibes and mood changes. I tried super hard to match the vibe of all the guitars on this, very challenging to write for. This is the actual take we used on the record, and all done in 1 take with no quantizing. Mixed by Mark Lewis, engineered by Troy Mccosker.
