"Upchuck is like a pressure release valve: music that frees your body and mind from all the pent-up anger, injustice, and feelings of neglect. In 2018, they could still be found skateboarding through the streets of Atlanta. By now, they have released two albums—of which the second was produced by Ty Segall—and they are almost constantly touring throughout the US and Europe.

During their show at the Muziekgieterij Stage, they presented themselves as loud, fierce, and brutally honest. Together with the audience, Upchuck danced and screamed all the injustice out of the world.

After the dust from their energetic performance had settled, KT and Mikey spoke with Ludo Diels from Heaven Magazine. The conversation touched on Atlanta, their creative home base. KT: 'It’s like a Black Mecca, almost like a Black Hollywood.'"
