Building 4040 aluminum T-Slot extrusion aquarium stands is pretty easy, and they will last forever (or until the bolts rust out). In this video, I show you how I built an aluminum stand for my new 25g WaterBox peninsula All In One coral reef tank. This build cost me less than $50 but I already had the aluminum extrusion bars - the most expensive part!
If you can use a tape measure and a miter/chop saw - you can build this stand! 4020 or 2020 aluminum would probably work too!
