The Delhi Govt's great push against old 'polluting' cars got a massive pushback from the people of the national capital - for once it seems that the middle class had enough of being pushed around. First pay MASSIVE taxes on cars / then PUC / now sell them for scrap (even if well maintained) Here's why the Govt's 'scrapping policy' is a scam and a money making scheme for the govt and auto companies.
