Play this relaxing cicada sound before you go to bed and it should give you tinnitus relief for 8 hours and stop tinnitus at night. It should stop tinnitus at night before bed and if you wake up in the night it should help you to go slowly back to sleep without being distracted by your tinnitus.

Whilst there is not a known cure for tinnitus, sound enrichment therapy can be used to help ease the effects of tinnitus and distract you so that it doesn’t take over. 50% of tinnitus is physiological and the other 50% is psychological. We can’t do a lot to remedy the physiological element, but we can help the psychological part by reducing the stress and anxiety caused by tinnitus by playing relaxing tinnitus sounds to avoid complete silence.

You can alternatively use this white noise to help to concentrate while studying or help a baby to get to sleep.
