This weeks Satsang starts with Shannon sharing that this is one of her favorite lessons. Shannon and Cate start the group off by sharing how helpful this lesson has been for them, in regard to all the various "plans" that are made. Trying to get things done quickly so you can rest - is planning for yourself. In placing the future in the hands of God, we see that everything gets done in the right time, in a peaceful way. Then, there is no need to "rest" because the tasks are completed in a "restful, peaceful manner". This shows us how we can transform our mind, by choosing present peace and present trust, as we go through our day. Shannon leads the group through another beautiful and restorative meditation for releasing the future, past and present.
