VLOG feeling unmotivated, having work to do & friends

this was not an easy week for me, i had to deal with a lot of negative thoughts and i felt really unmotivated. i don't have a solution for it besides not putting so much preasure on myself and giving myself time to heal by eating food i like, journaling and being with friends and outside.
