We are currently on a bicycle tour around the world. Our trip started in April 2017 and we plan to cycle east to the Pamir Highway before taking on SE Asia, Australia & NZ and finally the Americas. In these videos we hope to show you what our life is like on the road.
In this episode we cross the Eurasian border into Turkey and through onto Georgia. We reluctantly jumped onto a bus in Istanbul that took us to Batumi, Georgia. After working out timings we realised that getting to the Pamir highway before in August couldn't be achieved if we took on Turkey.
Georgia was a wonderful, adventurous place to cycle through, the mountains north east of Batumi were a great training ground for what is to come and the people throughout the country have left us feeling so welcome.
