Here are the steps to optimize Premiere Pro performance:

Step 1: Increase RAM Usage
1. Go to Edit -- Preferences -- Memory.
2. Adjust the RAM Reserved for Other Applications slider to allocate more RAM to Premiere Pro.
3. Click OK to apply changes.

Step 2: Select GPU Utilization
1. Go to Edit - Preferences --- Graphics.
