S-Cross petrol is priced from Rs 8.39 lakh to Rs 12.39 lakh.
It’s offered in four variants: Sigma, Delta, Zeta, Alpha.
S-Cross powered by Maruti’s 105PS 1.5-litre petrol engine.
Offered with a 4-speed automatic transmission and 5-speed manual gearbox.
Rivals Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos and Renault Duster.

After the Gypsy was given its sendoff and till the Jimny arrives in India, the S-Cross is the only lifestyle offering in Maruti’s lineup. And as a lifestyle vehicle, it needs to be fun and exciting to drive. Lucky for it then that the older 90PS diesel is now replaced by a 105PS petrol engine. Also for the first time, it gets an automatic transmission. And while you do pay a premium of Rs 1.2 lakhs for the automatic variants over the manual petrol, these manual petrol variants are up to Rs 50000 less expensive than the older diesel manuals.
