EP 94 - What do I do after the head cuttings have rooted?

It has been 9 weeks since I gave them the chop back in episode 85. The pups on the stump have grown quite a bit, and the heads are starting to push out roots!

You have to love the growing season!

In this episode, I discuss a few things.

First I show you when you would need to replant the head. It is best to plant the head after it has started pushing out roots. An indicator for that is the colour of the new growth at the centre.

Second, I discuss my criteria for when I remove pups from the main stem.

It is growing season now in the southern hemisphere, and we're less than a month away from summer. This means my echeveria are growing faster and I can be more aggressive with my propagation. I want to make the most out of it!
