भोजेश्वर मंदिर मध्य प्रदेश की राजधानी भोपाल से लगभग 32 किमी दूर भोजपुर के पहाड़ पर स्थित है। इस मंदिर का सबसे बड़ा आकर्षण इसका 'शिवलिंग' है, जो एक ही पत्थर से बना है और 18 फीट लंबा है और इसका व्यास 7.5 फीट है। यह भारत में सबसे ऊंचा शिवलिंग होने का दावा करता है। मंदिर की योजनाओं को दर्शाते हुए, इसकी स्थापत्य योजनाओं को आसपास की चट्टानों पर उकेरा गया है। भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण इस मंदिर की सुरक्षा के लिए जिम्मेदार है। हर साल, हजारों भक्त इस मंदिर में प्रार्थना करने और अपने मन, शरीर और आत्मा को शुद्ध करने के लिए आते हैं। मंदिर की योजनाओं, ढलाई और खंभों को दर्शाते हुए, खदान की समतल सतहों पर विभिन्न वास्तुशिल्प चित्र उकेरे गए हैं।

Bhojeshwar Temple is situated on a mountain of Bhojpur, which is around 32 km from the capital of Madhya Pradesh, Bhopal. The biggest attraction of this temple is its Shivling, which is made of a single stone and is 18-feet long and it’s diameter is 7.5 feet. It boasts of having the tallest shivling in India. Depicting the temple plans, its architectural plans engraved on the surrounding rocks. Archeological Survey of India is responsible for the protection of this temple. Every year, thousands of devotees come to this temple to pray and purge their mind, body & soul. Depicting the temple plans, mouldings and pillars, there are various architectural drawings etched on the flat surfaces of the quarry.
