Hey friends, I’m Mel and welcome to my kitchen. Tonight we’re diving into something I’ve never done before; dump and go crockpot freezer meals! These 3 meals took me about 30-45 minutes to assemble, they are all budget friendly, and you can easily double or even triple these to really stock your freezer and have a great meal ready to go when you need it. I’m taking you all the way thru from freezing to cooking so you can see the finished meals, and I’m sharing all the helpful tips and tricks I’ve learned along the way. So let’s get right into it!
