About the Artist:
Harinder Singh was born in 1993 in Punjab, India. He is self taught and has developed his passion for realism in his childhood. Having embraced art since childhood, it became a life passion. His paintings reflect something personal. He has always been drawn to vast landscapes, people, objects animals. He paints a wide variety of subjects in a realistic style. In every painting he strives to understand the laws of nature and how light works. His goal for every painting is to achieve a convincing sense of reality and break the constraints of the two dimensional surface.
Since he started painting he has always tried to represent things as real as he can. Looking past the obvious, close observation and engagement of the subject is his process. The challenge is to see beyond the distraction of the conspicuous to capture its unique self. His goal is to inspire those who see his work to look more carefully at the world around them, to discover beauty in unusual places. He believes beauty is not just a means to attract attention, but has power to awaken deep emotions and impart new life.
From an artistic point of view, his task has always been to find different ways to express a realistic view with a contemporary appeal.
