In this video, we prepare the controller instance for image building by placing the required license files in the correct directory. Starting in the "Bring Your Own Image" folder, we review the instructions in the keys/README.md file, then switch to our local machine to securely transfer license.xml and recpub.key using the scp command. After verifying the files were uploaded successfully, we return to the controller, copy the files into the keys directory, and confirm their presence. With all files in place, the controller is now ready for the next step: running the Packer scripts to build the custom PAM AMI.
