I think 99% of people in the western world would tell you clothes don't matter, the person in them does - but every day someone wants to crawl into my comment section to complain about my boots being too cute, my belt buckles being too big, and my hats being too hefty. they really just don't like me, but it's more socially acceptable to say they don't like the way I dress. That they can't imagine wearing it to _____ and they don't think I should either.
