Other photos show Justin leaving court after he was arraigned and released early Tuesday morning in the ritzy enclave of Sag Harbor, New York. Justin was pulled over Tuesday 12:37 a.m. after police say he ran a stop sign and was swerving. FOX5’s Jody Goldberg reports the singer told police he had a martini and was headed home and that his eyes were bloodshot and glassy.
