This short disaster documentary follows the true story of the Veryovkina Cave tragedy, which came to light in August 2021 and is one of the most chilling disasters in modern caving history. Located in the Caucasus Mountains of Georgia, Veryovkina is the deepest known cave on Earth. In 2020, Russian adventurer Sergei Kozeev descended alone into its depths without official permission or proper equipment. His body was discovered nearly a year later at a depth of over 1,100 meters, highlighting the extreme dangers of unregulated exploration and the unforgiving nature of the subterranean world.
