The last time I touched a microscope when I was in First grade (decades ago). Kind of remember onion skin cells. That's all. Never was interested in microscope after that. Knew nothing about them. If anything with optics I cared about, it would be telescopes. But I even never own that one as we'll.
In my last trip with the family to Antique mall, I spotted on the floor this specimen.... I love vintage and antique items and this one was Iooking too good to pass it by. I figure that even as a display on my shelf it's a great piece. Assuming that it's not working I bought it for $120. I didn't know what it will display before my eyes when I will look through it. A cracked lenses? Dusty and fogy view? Will it be just a shelf "dust collector"?...
