A Simpsons super-fan has a collection worth £50,000 after spending the last three decades buying merchandise. Glyn Culliford, 46, from Merthyr Tydfil, Wales, fell in love with the popular show after watching the first episode as a teen in 1990 and began collecting merchandise as soon as it came out. Glyn's first purchase was a t-shirt sold in Woolworths featuring a print of Bart Simpson, but since then Glyn has gone on to collect plushes, trainers, kitchen rolls, energy cans, doughnut makers, ornaments, arcade machines, tour jackets, DVDs, Christmas crackers, lego figures, and more. The collection has taken over the spare room in Glyn's house, as well as his entire attic space which is filled to the brim with Simpsons merchandise.
