7 YEARS of IROC-Z Neglect... This Could Have Been BAD!

In this video, we work on my 1986 Iroc-Z! The car's T5 Transmission gets a fluid change, I install a new Energy Suspension Transmission Mount, replace the accessory belts, and free all of the exhaust manifold bolts in preparation for headers and a new exhaust system.

This information is applicable to the third generation (1982-1992) Pontiac Firebird/Trans Am/Formula, and Chevrolet Camaro RS/Z28.
