thinking about self-love/care 💟💈🧼🧺🧯

Hello and Welcome Back or To the channel! 👀

Wanting a self love practice means never having to say you're sorry. 🤣

However, as a thinker, I wanted not only a practice but a thinking experience. AND 2 Pinterest posts brought me to my knees. I found, through this exploration, that self love (care) is ACKNOWLEDGEMENT! When we acknowledge what we are experiencing and CHOOSING to face them, good or bad, head on. 🐂
What I got out of this analysis can be summed up in the emojis I used in the title of this video... make your own Valentine's cards (give one to yourself), get a haircut (if you want!), don't forget to shower (a quickie is fine), wear CLEAN underwear (no matter how you make that happen), put out the fires THAT ARE BURNING YOU (you need some fire)!!! 😘
