The key to making more money is adding value to others. Tony Robbins emphasizes that the more value you provide and the faster you do it, the more money you will make. He shares how his obsession with adding value from the beginning of his career led to extraordinary results. One notable example is when he helped a woman overcome a snake phobia in just 15 minutes, proving his methods and transforming lives quickly and effectively. This story illustrates how being obsessed with adding value can lead to remarkable success.

In my own experience, one of my first major brand deals was with a telecommunications company in Canada. They paid me $500 to write for their blog, expecting 300 to 500 words per post. Instead, I went above and beyond by writing 1,500 words, promoting the posts to my audience, and engaging actively with the community. This extra effort made me stand out among nine other writers, and as a result, the company chose to continue working with me, eventually increasing my pay as I continued to provide exceptional value.

The lesson here is that you should never settle for just doing the job you were hired to do. Always look for ways to provide more value, and in turn, you'll see more significant opportunities and higher pay. Ask yourself daily how you can double the value you provide to your clients without expecting immediate payment. This mindset will lead to breakthroughs and long-term success. Believe in yourself and your ability to make a difference, and the rewards will follow.
