Pickles:
onyon
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup water
1tbsp sugar
1tsp salt
some peppercorns
-put all in pot, heat until simmering, pour over chopped onion or other veggies.

Bruschetta toast:
-bread
-pickles
-cherry tomatoes
-basil
olivewoil

fry bread and tomatoes in frypan, put tomatoes when soft into bowl with chopped up pickles, pickle juice, olive oil, basil. mix
put mix on fried bread

salad
put anything you lie in bowl with leaves

I did: oranges, chicken (seasoned with paprika, pepper, salt), macadamia nuts, pickle onyon, leaves (baby leaf), capsicum, bread chunk,
add dressing!

-cut potatoes put in pan with lid on, turning them occasionally for like 10 minutes while they soften on a lower heat. Then take lid off turn up heat to crisp. cover with salt, rosemary, and pepper at the end.
-while cooking that, cook beef in equal parts soy sauce, mirin and 1 tsp sugar.
-crisp bread in toaster or grill or whatever
assemble to the best of your ability

Salmon thing:
cook salmon and make a salad and put it on rice
