Will Bledsoe: Attending these boot camps was extremely helpful, because when you step in to the office, you're nervous. You've just come out of law school, you really feel like you don't know what is going on and being told by other associates and partners, hey, here is what you are faced with on a day to day as a first year associate. Here is how we tackled it when we were first years. And here are some things and some documentation and some tips on how to handle it when you face that So the takeaways were extremely helpful, especially when facing clients, because you were able to recognize the situation and be like, Hey, I remember when they told me the client will ask for a signature packet, and here's how to respond to that email. Here's how to prepare the signature packet, and here's how to stay on top of things to make sure that you're delivering quality work. And it was extremely helpful, especially when you're nervous just starting the job, to kind of have a reference source to look at and remember, hey, here's what I'm supposed to do. Here's an example of how it's supposed to be done.
