Описание:
This is a Traditional Afro-Surinamese dance called Winti.
An African based religion in Suriname.
During this performance the group members represent different kind of Winti/gods
First the Aisa or Mama Aisa, which is the earth goddes.
After that they dance the Leba dance, in the Caribbean known as Elegua or Legba.
The next winti is Papa Winti or Fodu, the snake god.
After that they dance the dance of Yaw and the Opete, these are a sky gods, warrior gods. The manifestation of Opete is a vulture.
At last we have the Obeah's
