Affordable & easy 5 meals: Spicy Red sauce pasta, Cajun chicken, Loaded taco, BBQ chicken, Rice bowl

I salute those who aim to cook fresh every time you eat 😅🫶🏾!! Disclaimer: hubs didn’t eat the pasta or rice bowl, however there was enough food for two people for the pasta and rice bowl still! :)

This was so fun to do, trying so many meals in one week as we usually cook one meal that lasts us the entire week. We found some new favorites ☺️. Most of all, thank God for providing us with the resources to be able to make these meals. 🙏🏾 Thanks for watching!!

Taco Dinner
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast cut in half
Taco shells
Sour cream
Mozzarella cheese
Corn
Bread
Lettuce
Butter
Seasonings below

Season chicken with
2 tsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Onion powder
1/4 tsp Salt

Season sour cream with
Garlic powder
Onion powder
Paprika
Chili flakes
Salt
Enjoy!

Pasta Dinner
Ingredients:
1/4 pack of Noodles (linguine, spaghetti, Capellini)
9 Roma Tomatoes
4 garlics
Mozzarella cheese
1/2 pack of green beans
Bread
Butter
Olive Oil
Seasonings below + in video
1/4 cup Water

season pasta sauce with
2 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp Salt
(Optional: 1 tsp brown sugar)
And add 4 peeled garlics

Cajun Dinner (credit for Cajun gooddinnermom.com)
Ingredients:
2 chicken breast both cut in half to make 4 pieces. (Only use 3 pieces for this recipe. Use 1 piece or Rice bowl)
Potatoes
Green beans
Bread
Olive Oil
Butter
Seasonings below

Instructions:
Cut 2 chicken breast in half
Season chicken with
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 & 1/4 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Black pepper
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Cayenne
3/4 tsp Oregano
3/4 tsp Thyme
1/4 tsp Red pepper flakes
season green beans with
Salt
Garlic powder
Pepper

Rice bowl Dinner
Ingredients:
1 cup Rice
2 cups water
Butter
Corn
Tomatoes
Sour cream
Black beans
Avocado
(1 leftover chicken breast from cajun recipe)
Enjoy!

BBQ Chicken Dinner (credit for BBQ bakeitwithlove.com)
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast cut in half
Bread
Olive oil
Butter
Corn or green beans
About 17 mini Potatoes or 3-4 regular potatoes
Seasonings below

Sauce recipe
1 tbsp honey
1 tbsp butter
2 tbsp BBQ sauce

Instructions:
Cut 1 chicken breast in half
Season chicken with
1 tbsp Brown sugar
1/2 tbsp Smoked Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic powder
1/2 tsp Onion powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1/8 tsp White pepper
