TRIP REPORT | Lufthansa & Air Dolomiti [Business] A320neo & E195 | OSL-MUC-BLQ | LH2457 & EN8240

I recently flew Lufthansa Business Class for the first time in over three years, making it first time that I got to experience their new "Tasting Heimat" meal concept. Overall, I liked it! The meal tray looked attractive (e.g. with some nice-looking tableware), and the food itself was also tasty. Aside from that, we were also offered a bottle of water before take-off as well as an apple and some chocolates after the meal.

Air Dolomiti was a nice experience, too. On this 45-minute flight, we were offered a light meal, refreshing towels and some nice Italian wines, plus a cookie while leaving the aircraft. Their biggest asset were the crew though, all of whom were friendly and caring! Apparently, their aircraft are also equipped with inflight entertainment of some sort, although I did not try it out on this short flight.

As for the Lufthansa Business Lounge, I would say it was business as usual - a fairly pleasant atmosphere and a variety of food and beverages. However, I must say that the hot food selection wasn't that great this time around.
