Authorities say 37-year-old cryptocurrency investor John Woeltz, who is known as the Crypto King of Kentucky, as well as an unnamed accomplice kidnapped and tortured their business partner for weeks in a targeted scheme to steal his Bitcoin. NBC’s Emilie Ikeda reports for TODAY.
