in today's at home lesson, I introduce you to the basics of footwork and head movement - two key details that many martial artists ignore until it's too late. Yes, the flashy kicks are fun and more impressive to see, but if you can't use your footwork to set up your strikes, and your head movement to avoid the strikes of your opponents, your kicks don't mean all that much.
Don't worry, we're still gonna do some fun combinations, but the fundamentals are taking top priority today.

Jab + Slip
Cross + Slip
Jab Cross + Slip
