With WinMOD-SIMLINE and the technology libraries for storage systems (LibSTORE), automatic conveyor and storage systems can be created completely as a virtual system. This enables virtual commissioning of even complex automation systems with several controllers and the higher-level material flow computers.
The routes of the stacker cranes are created using parameterizable rail elements. There are various rack elements to create large warehouses quickly and efficiently. The WinMOD-SIMLINE stacker cranes can of course also be individually adapted to the respective real cranes. The length, height, mast spacing, but also the current and codestrip readers can be parameterized. These head read the current and codestrip values as in the real system of WinMOD-SIMLINE control rails. The signal image corresponds to that of the real system and is exchanged with the automation system in real time via WinMOD bus emulation.
