This Toro Recycler push mower has FWD self-propel, a 22 inch blade with SmartStow and would not start. These have Briggs and Stratton 163cc engines with 7.25 foot pounds of torque. The carbs in these engines are fully plastic and prone to easily clog. This video shows how to remove the carburetor, completely clean it, and reinstall so the mower will once again start like new!
