Easy Mixed Greens Recipe with Mustard and Turnip

Ingredients:
4 bunches of turnip greens (picked & cleaned), chopped
2 bunches of mustard greens (picked & cleaned), chopped
*the term "picked" means to remove the stems and spines
2 smoked turkey tails
1 large onion, diced
4 beef bouillon cubes
1 jalapeno pepper, diced with seeds
10 C. Water
12 oz beef broth
2 Tbs minced garlic
2 Tbs seasoned salt
1 Tbs black pepper
1 Tbs onion powder
1/2 Tbs red pepper flakes (or to taste)
In a large pot, bring the water to a boil and drop in the turkey tails. Boil for 20 minutes then put in the onion, jalapeno, bouillon, beef broth, garlic, black pepper, onion powder and 1 Tbs seasoned salt. Reserve the remainder of the salt and red pepper flakes until later. Allow the mixture to come to a boil and cook for 10 minutes. Turn heat down to medium and place the greens into the liquid, making sure to cover the greens in the liquid as much as possible. They will soften and cook down. After 30 minutes, taste the broth and put in the remaining seasoned salt and red pepper flakes if desired. Cook for an additional 30 minutes or under meat falls apart and the greens are tender.
