Hey! Wanted to leave here guys a routine (recommended for off season or not close to tournaments) to execute in the sand. Yes, a Sand Workout!
We all know how effective are these kinds of trainings when we are looking for massive power on the legs!
ROUTINE:
Each exercise should be executed for 30 to 45 seconds (depending on your current condition). One entire round will count as one LAP. You will probably want to do 3 to 5 laps of the entire routine.
REMEMBER to make a good warm-up before getting to the routine. If you want to use a racquet for the movements, that's great also.
