Coach Matt shows a live drill / game for beginners to learn how to control and distribute their weight while in the S-Mount. The goal for the top person is to simply stay balanced on top and not lose the elbow. If you get off balanced to your back or lose the elbow, reset and start again. Stay tight and lean forward to your posting arm to maintain top position while the bottom guy tries to off balance you or slip the elbow.
