Unsere Formel für eine perfekte und effiziente Verbindung. Mit dem Verknüpfungstisch (VT) entsteht aus unserem Automatischen Profilzuschnittzentrum (ASZ) und dem Profilbear- beitungszentrum (PBZ) eine komplexe Einheit, die Arbeitskraft spart und gleichzeitig als Arbeitsfläche dient. Hier werden alle Schritte für die Weiterverarbeitung erledigt. Das sorgt für geringere Maschinenwartezeiten, macht den Bediener flexibler, vergrößert den Materialpuffer und steigert die Maschinenauslastung. Vom Rohling zum fertigen Profil.

Our formula for a perfect and efficient combination. The VT connecting table is formed from our ASZ automatic profile cutting centre and the PBZ profile processing centre, creating a complex unit that saves labour and simultaneously serves as a work surface. All further processing stages are completed here, which reduces machine waiting times, increases the flexibility of the operator, enlarges the material buffer and raises machine utilisation. Nuestra fórmula para una conexión perfecta y eficiente. Con la mesa de conexión (VT), surge de nuestro Centro de corte automático de perfiles (ASZ) y del centro de mecanizado de perfiles (PBZ) una entidad compleja que ahorra mano de obra y a la vez sirve de superficie de trabajo. Aquí se realizan todos los pasos para el mecanizado posterior. Esto asegura menores tiempos de espera de la máquina, permite que el operario sea más flexible, aumenta el buffer de material y aumenta la productividad de la máquina.
