This song is story-driven, split into 5 Acts.

I was really inspired by the fantasy setting, so I started by breaking up the song into a synopsis for each Act before writing the audio.

Originally, I intended to do a commentary on my thought process for writing this track as it was playing. Instead, I decided it would be more fun to write actual game dialogue/engine to go along with the audio, which I hope captures my intention for each section of the track.

I also took a lot of liberties when writing the story, so of course, it is my own personal interpretation of Project: Phantasia's lore... I hope you like it--It was a lot of work!

There were a lot of fun references (some blatant, some not-so-much) to several different JRPGs, both in the audio, as well as the visuals and writing... Can you identify them all? (:
