ملوخية بطريقة ولا أسرع ولذيذة جدا جربوها😍 || Moloukhia ( Jew's Mallow) 🤤🍃❤️

وصفة اليوم تحتاج:
دجاج بعضمه
بهارات خشنة( حب هال وفلفل عود قرفة حبة بصلة صغيرة )
راس توم مهروس
ملعقتين كبار طعام سمنة
٣ ملاعق كبار طعام كزبرة يابسة
٥ حبات توم مقطع دوائر
بعد مايصبح لون عود الملوخية زهر
بضيف القليل من ماء سلق الدجاج
وادعهم ربع ساعه على نار خفيفة
بعدها اضيف الدجاج وعصير الليمون وصحه وهنا
The Ingredients For Today’s Recipe:
Chicken with it’s bone 🍖

1 crushed garlic head 🧄
2 Tablespoons ghee
3 Tablespoons of dry coriander
5 Garlic slices (Circles shapes)
After the color of the Moloukhia (Jew’s Mallow) becomes pinkish color.
Add a half of the water from the chicken broth to the Moloukhia (Jew’s Mallow)
